Aadarshini Vijesh

Aadarshini Vijesh is a senior at West Chester Henderson High School. She started learning Bharatanatyam at the age of 6 from her guru, Smt. Ramaa Ramesh. To further her understanding of this precise dance Aadarshini has trained for a couple of years in Mohiniyattam (classical dance from Kerala) and is undergoing training for Nattuvangam (wielding of the dance symbals) from Smt. Ramaa Ramesh. She has also learned Carnatic music for several years and is currently a student teacher at Nardhana, all of which helps fuel her knowledge of the art of Bharatanatyam, helping her pass on this great culture and dance form.
