Sanjita Nair

Sanjita Nair is a student at the Downingtown STEM Academy. She has been learning bharatanatyam under the guidance of her guru Smt. Ramaa Ramesh since the age of 5. Sanjita has represented Nardhana in multiple performances and festivals. Apart from dance she has been learning the martial art of taekwondo and is now a 3rd degree black belt. In her spare time, Sanjita loves to research astronomy as she is the president of the Astronomy Club at her

school. Sanjita also has quite a love for music, as she has been learning Carnatic vocals since the age of 8, has played flute and piano for over 6 years, and is currently learning nattuvangam under the guidance of her guru Smt. Ramaa Ramesh. She is a member of the executive committee for Cam- A- Thon, an event that raises funds for pediatric cancer research. She is currently an assistant teacher at Nardhana, helping the younger children embrace the art of

dance.
